We always buy relationships!

When recruiting, I was selling all the time! To one candidate I sold the product or rather the technology, to the second I sold the team leader, to the third the CTO and to the fourth the offices and conditions.


Today I look back and realize that what I was selling all along was actually - Relationships!


When I sold the technology I sold the relationship with the product. To what extent will the product and the technology behind it challenge me and bring me growth as an employee? Will it bring satisfaction to my life? Will it be interesting to learn?

When I sold the team lead or the CTO I sold the relationship with the management and within the management. Will the management be attentive to my needs and ideas? Will I have freedom of action? How will they react to me in meeting rooms and will they show me appreciation?

When I sold the offices and conditions I sold the relationship with the corporate culture. How will it feel to enter the office in the morning? Is the dynamic right for me? How is the communication in the corridors?


It was easy for me to sell relationships with others.


Two years ago I became independent and today I want to sell myself, sell the relationship with me. I am the product. The experience.

The ability to sell me, or rather the relationship with me as a coach, was and still is a journey.

A one-woman show. Without an organization behind me, crazy budgets, a team that takes part in the burden or a manager who will give a boost.

A journey where I learn to trust myself. To trust my incredible ability to create positive relationships and bring myself exactly as I am. Kind, attentive, funny and full of life.


One thing hasn't changed from my life as an employee to my life as a freelancer - I still sell relationships! But today I don't just sell the idea of benevolent relationships, I teach relationships.

I understand that this is the greatest gift I can give back to the world of work from which I grew, helping employees and managers have positive and harmonious relationships with others and with themselves.


A simple solution (emotional-business coaching) to a complex problem (work relationships/office politics), just like we like it in tech :)
